Board Breaking
The activity of Board Breaking is a well known demonstration, symbolising power, technique, and mental discipline, rooted in the martial arts of Okinawa, Japan and China. It remains a key element in the practice, teaching and demonstration of martial arts, emphasising the unity of physical and mental strength. Due to this association, most people are familiar with the activity, although few have participated. This is a popular activity, experiencing a resurgence of late. It is a great standalone activity, although it is often requested as an add on to one or more of our walking activities. It is especially popular for conferences, motivational and team building events. We use Martial Arts break boards; they are NOT tampered with.
